In a moment of truthful, authentic connection I have written the following. While some relates to me, it is also about the “we” that we are all a part of.

May something in this touch your soul…

I am a Goddess.

I am beautiful, divine and unique.

Through my creativity and passion I create products and programs that directly touch the hearts of others and connect them to their own divinity and inner divine feminine Goddess.

By developing ‘right relationship’ in my own life, in all areas, I teach others the paths to developing their own ‘right relationships’.

There is no separation, only unity.

There is no “I”, only “we” in community and co-creation. Always it has been this way but now we see it and work WITH it rather than against it.

In all things we are working in the flow of what feels right to us.

We do not fight to have something or fight against something bad because this isn’t in harmony with what we know as spirit and THAT is the reason we feel bad about those things.

We trust that all is well.

We trust in the universe to guide us but we do have a duty to ourselves to foster our inner and outer connection to ALL, so that we can read and feel the signs given us. It makes life so much easier when we LISTEN.

This is a quick heads-up message to let you know I’ll be adding all of my poetry to the site again – it used to be here before I converted the site to my personal blog. They’ll be added to the Inspiration category. Hope you like them and perhaps find your own connection through the words that come from spirit, through me.

The eagle brings you broader perspective and gifts you with insights to apply in your life.

What lifts me up?

* Spending “in the moment” time with my kids with no other agenda than to play and be with them.

* Listening to music I enjoy.

* Following creative ideas and inspirations.

* And…if I’m not feeling inspired or creative myself, reading inspirational books, blogs etc by others.

* Change of scenery – getting out of the house for a walk or drive to clear my head and change my focus.

* Doing something impromptu/spontaneous and FUN!

YOUR TASK: Identify what lifts you up.

What makes you feel good when you’re not feeling inspired or you’re feeling downright bad? Make that list and post it up where you’ll actually see it when you’re not feeling so great.

You have to support yourself in this way with strategies to lift you up in spirits again, just like the eagle in flight!

Angels Amongst Us

Walking alongside you is an angel unseen
She is divine in essence and divine in light
Her form eludes you because she is many things
Whatever you need, she is there

Her words are the words of love and peace
She touches your heart and warms your soul
She is blessed, but only because you are blessed too
And she feels she’s a sister in spirit -
Not above, but alongside you

If she could hold your hand, she would
And sometimes she does

If she could kiss the tears away, she would
And sometimes she does

If she could heal the pain within, she would
And sometimes she does

Know she is there next to you
Whether you know it or not
Full of divine love and grace
She meets you in the place of the heart
Feel her there

Some say she’s spirit
Some say she’s living
Perhaps she is both things?

Thankyou angel for your guiding light
Your love
Your truth
Your devotion
